In addition, the winner of the Best talent in Video Art Award will be featured as part of the PAM program during Cyber-fest at the State Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg, Russia in November. United Creators International Juried Art Awards conducts its' first one of a kind competition for Visual and Video artists on a global scale.
