I have been converting the videos on my website from QuickTime to Flash with success. They stream faster, the size can be as big as 720 x 480, and friends in Europe with PCs say they can finally see my videos. My videos on [PAM] are H.264 and 320 x 260 processed in MPEG Streamclip (and I have good DSL) but still take a very long time to stream. Is there a chance that [PAM] can accommodate downloads of videos in Flash?
