One always hopes that their art project "blows up" but certainly not like this...

There was a big terrorist scare in Boston and New York today as Interference Inc deployed their guerilla advertising campaign for "Aqua Teen Hunger Force", on Turner Broadcasting's Cartoon Network. The campaign used small led devices placed in and around urban locations in New York and Boston.  The alien looking LED devices were though to be bombs by citizens of each city. New York police began removing them shortly after they were deployed early Wednesday morning.   Boston police went a step further and arrested InterferenceInc.com employee and Mass.. Collage of art student Peter Berdvosky. Police charged Berdvosky under a recently enacted statute making it a crime to place a hoax device that results in panic. The seemingly harmless electronic screens are produced by Graphite Research Labs NYC . The group are alumni of The Eyebeam OpenLab Program.

Of course what would a media event be with out YouTube coverage. Shortly after the campaign was deployed a video was posted on said website .
