Hackworth on the exhibition:
"
ADHD
is the first inkling of the human mind adjusting to the current
oversaturation of stimuli in the modern world. The brain is mutating to
become equipped to cope and I think the condition should be cultivated,
not medicated. This series of images is a representation of
a transformational stage in the things that I make. I spent a long time
working on my "Celebrity Fantasy" series but am now exploring a way to
envelope everything I do: Music, moving image and still-image making."
