These are the user's videos from YouTube, Goggle, Yahoo, Myspace and else where. They are not on the [PAM] server and perhaps not in the installations but rather posted on other social networks and digital content web sties.

I know my videos do play on PAM - they sometimes take a few minutes to get started. Let me know if you continue to have trouble + I'll send you a dvd. And I'll scold the PAM admins!
