Short Bio:	Anna Chiaretta Lavatelliis a video artist working with installation that engages feminine identity and performance. She received her BA in Media Studies at the University at Buffalo while performing with various collectives throughout Western New York and exhibiting at venues such as Hallwalls, CEPA and Squeaky Wheel. Before relocating to Southern California she worked out of Brooklyn, New York where she could be seen with Perpetual Art Machine who featured her as an Artist at Large in NYC Scope Art Fair and screening internationally with her video and film work. More recently work has been exhibited in Tijuana, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Portland, Oregon. Last summer she attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture on a full fellowship and is currently completing her MFA at the University of California San Diego.
