Hi Nina - thanks for joining [PAM] - I really liked your work. We are in the process of uploading it but if you want to do so feel free. it may be faster for you to do so b/c we are slammed right now. Should you decide to do so yourself we've found that this is the best way to compress your videos:

Quicktime Apple h.264 320x240 limit data rate to 256Kbps / AAC Stereo, Bit rate - 128Kbs, Compressed Header & Fast Start

BTW - sorry if [PAM] is sending you so many emails today - she is very chatty this week and will quite down after the NYC art fairs.
