I work in a range of loose artist networks in the UK, Continental Europe and the US- mostly digital video installation.  I run public art commissions - temporary or permanent - where art meeting municipal patronage in public/private space  - where people get involved in making it happen for themselves - that's where I like to work. No commercial galleries no commercial values - I like to work where there is life.
